Orders may be cancelled at anytime. If the order has shipped we will refund the price paid for the product less the shipping fees. All returns require a return authorization number. Returns are accepted 7 days after the initial order. For a product to be eligible for return it must be unopened, unmarked and untampered with (excluding products returned due to damage during travel). Harmonic Energetics, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns due to product misuse. All eligible returns must be shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground for product preservation purposes.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and standards verified.
